Dr. Jacquelyn Terrell grew up in Roswell, Georgia, where her love for animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. After earning her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from Auburn University, she combined her passion for travel and veterinary medicine by spending the first three years of veterinary school on the island of Grenada before completing her clinical training at the University of Georgia.

Today, Dr. Terrell cares for dogs at Good Dog Veterinary Care East Cobb, where she enjoys solving complex medical cases through a thoughtful, collaborative approach. Her primary professional interest is internal medicine, with a particular focus on gastroenterology, endocrinology, and multisystemic diseases.

She also enjoys diagnostic ultrasound and caring for dogs with autoimmune diseases. Dr. Terrell is passionate about helping families find answers when dogs have challenging or complicated medical conditions and believes advanced diagnostics play an important role in providing the most complete evaluation possible.

Her approach to veterinary medicine is centered on building strong relationships with both dogs and their families.
